Emil has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has
experience in both the business and technical aspects of construction,
including field operations, scheduling, estimating and preconstruction
services. He personally directs all preconstruction, program and
construction management efforts with hands-on involvement in the
development and execution of Konrath projects.

construction industry, Tom has served as chief architect,
project manager, project director and principal architect. He has led
large and complex projects throughout the United States. He has also
served as an executive with one of the world’s largest
architectural and engineering firms.

management. He is OSHA 30-hour trained.

Fred has been in the construction industry
for 13 years, with his primary focus on the mechanical side. At the
start of his career, he installed piping, ductwork, fixtures and
equipment. He has proven experience in handling all forms of
documentation, estimating, project management and working with clients
to find quick solutions. Fred holds a journeyman mechanical block
license, and he is a certified air conditioning technician. He also has
had sheet metal apprentice training.
