Emil Konrath, DBIA, Principal

Emil has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has experience in both the business and technical aspects of construction, including field operations, scheduling, estimating and preconstruction services. He personally directs all preconstruction, program and construction management efforts with hands-on involvement in the development and execution of Konrath projects.

More than 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction have given Kelly Starner extensive experience in managing difficult and complex projects. Kelly’s special expertise lies in concrete and masonry construction, scheduling, project logistics/planning and safety management. He is OSHA 30-hour trained.

He spent most of his career in construction and facility management for a major firm, working both locally and with their other national offices overseeing expansions, renovations and new construction. He controls his projects through the perspective of an Owner, with expert budget management and great concern for every detail.
